On Jan 19, 2008, we arrived in Pensacola, FL by way of Appleton,WI We were in to bury my wife's father Upon the arrival we where a little shocked to see how small this Ramada is. And right away assumed that we might not stay long.But after the check in process we where put at ease. I guess its right what they say good things do come in small packages. From the Manager to the Housekeeping staff, everything was just perfect. And I rarely use that term. The moral of the entire staff was Amazing! EVERYONE we meet had a smile on their face. and that helped bring a smile to my wife's eyes..a smile I haven't seen since we got the news of her farther passing. All I can say i WOW W: wonderful O: outstanding W: Worthy of return My wife and I had discuss the night before we left, that we would have to make a point to come back to Pensacola and visit our new friends at Ramada. Tho they may never see this review, we would like to thank Melissa for her smile and hug, Jen for hunting down a remote that worked, Reda for the extra towels and face tissue(for my wife the day before the funeral). To all who want to experience Real Southern Hospitality: I know of this small but cute hotel on hwy29 named Ramada..Truly a diamond amongst coal! • Liked - staff & beds • Disliked - the terms of our visit
